4-story mercantile building completed in 1902. Designed by Max Bernstein, its two lower floors have metal-and-glass storefronts, framed by brick piers which are fluted on the 2nd floor. The top two floors are clad in beige brick with three bays of windows, narrower at the east bay. The ground floor is occupied by Cigarville, and the 2nd floor by a massage studio.
