The avenue elevation spans six bays, with another six bays on 14th Street. Eared lintels have been removed from the windows. A projecting stone band course tops the 3rd floor, and there is a plain parapet at the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by 6 Avenue General Merchandise, Sol Moscot Opticians (who also occupies the 2nd floor), a small Bank of America ATM branch, 14 Food Market, Cigar Plus Inc., and Chickpea restaurant.
