4-story mercantile building originally completed in 1899. Sometime in the 1900s, the ground-floor storefront was altered, and the upper floors faced in blank, white smooth stucco, with no windows. On the right side of the upper facade, a sign is affixed to a vertical black band. The building was most recently occupied by Dairy Queen Griil & Chill, until 2020.
