5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in the 1870s. Above a blue-painted cast-iron storefront, it is constructed of cream-colored stone. The 2nd floor has four bays of segmental-arched windows separated by Corinthian columns, while the floors above each have three bays. Each window has a molded stone segmental-arched hood; those in the center have crowning carved details. A black iron fire escape covers the right two-thirds of the facade, with landings extending to the neighboring building to the south. The facade is crowned by a cream-colored bracekted cornice, topped by an additional black modillioned roof cornice with a rounded pediment broken in the center.
