5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in the 1870s. Above a ground-floor storefront with modillioned cornice, it is constructed of cream-colored cast-iron. The three bays are separated by Corinthian columns. Cornices divide the floors, which grow progressively shorter as they rise. The facade is crowned by a prominent black roof cornice with large carved brackets and modillions, and a rounded pediment broken in the center. The northern bay has landings for the shared fire escape on the building next door. The ground floor is occupied by Flight Club shoes.
