It has a 4-bay cast-iron facade, painted beige, except for the ground-floor columns and pilasters and the simple projecting roof cornice, which are painted red. The columns on the upper floors have Corinthian capitals, and the recessed window bays have rounded corners. A beige metal fire escape runs down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by a Salvation Army Thrift Store.
