A pair of 4-story residential buildings completed in 1899. They are basically identical, with mirror-image ground floors, and both are owned by Grace Church. They are clad in red brick, each three bays wide, with a brown and grey-painted band course over the ground floors, which have doorways at the outer bays, and iron grilles over the street-level windows. The upper floors have brownstone sills and lintels on the windows. The roof line is marked by a continuous cream-colored metal cornice, with two separate fascia board with dentils.
