1-story bar completed in 1946. The facade is clad in blue brick and largely covered graffiti and stickers. There is a door and window on the west facade on the avenue, and metal service door at the middle of the south facade on 29th Street. The building was occupied by Billymark's West, which had been open since 1956 but closed in 2024. It had been named the best dive bar in the city.
