This long, narrow building at the top of the block is colorfully clad in green tile, with black tiles around the nine bays storefronts along Houston Street (plus one on Wooster), blue tiles around the square 2nd-floor windows, and patterns of blue, black & red tiles at the roof line. The window frames and storefront frames are red-painted metal. The building is occupied by Trico Field designer children's clothing, Titti boutique, Create Oz lingerie, and Arth hat shop.
