9-story residential building composed of two sections, completed in 1912 and 2007. The original building was built as an 8-story commercial loft and factory for an ink press company, designed by Paul C. Hunter. It is clad in beige brick with brown metal panels at street level. The entrance was located on the east side of the facade (now a service entrance). The windows are arrange in five wide bays of three windows each, and a 2-window bay on each end. A large stone cornice runs across the top of the 2nd floor, with panels extending down into the brick piers. At the original roof line, the building highlighted by a center curved pediment and six escutcheons. An additional penthouse floor was added during the conversion, set back slightly from the building line.

The new construction and conversion was designed by Traboscia Roiatti Studio, and begun in 2005. The former loft building was fully renovated, and received new metal windows frames. The shorter new building, which serves as the main entrance, has a silver metal and glass facade with extended stainless steel stringcourses that project at slight angles from the façades. They are angled in alternating fashion and also extend a bit over the façade of the older building. Together, the complex has 78 condominium units.
