135-foot, 13-story modernist residential building completed in 2010. Designed by GF55 Architects, +Art consists of two mid-rise towers (one on West 28th, the other on 29th), separated by a courtyard. The 10-bay facade is clad in orange brick. +Art South is shorter than the other building, rising to only 6 floors. The facade lacks the metal plates and protruding rounded brick window frames of the north building, except at the lower two floors which have double-height openings. The two west bays are grouped together into joined large openings at the lower two floors, and then single bays alternate with joined double bays for the rest of the facade to the east. The ground floor is lined with storefronts

The four upper floors have flat brick framing around the square windows. The ground floor is occupied by Ina Pinch Snack Bar, Pinch Food Design, and Morgan Presents Art Gallery.
