135-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Soo K. Chan, it has a sleek black metal and glass facade grouped into 2-story sections, each with tall, vertically-oriented windows recessed between vertical ribs with wood-finish ends, staggered in alternating 2-story sections. Above the glassy base, the next 8 floors are split into two halves, with a deeply-recessed portion in the center. The top two floors are set back, with their facade running the full width of the building. There are 27 ultra-luxury condominium units with interior pools. Part of the ground floor is occupied by SCDA Architecture.
