135-foot, 12-story residential building completed in 2017. Designed by Goldstein, Hill, West Architects, it is clad in limestone Roman bricks interspersed with massive metal casement windows. The facade is divided into two halves, each filled by the large casement windows on the upper floors.

At the ground floor the west side has three floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of a glass double-door, accessing a ground-floor commercial space. The east half is recessed, with angled brick walls leading back to the main entrance's glass double-doors. On the east angled wall is a black metal service door, and nestled against the western wall is a round concrete support column.

On the upper floors the casement windows are grouped into 2-story grids from the 3rd-8th floors. The west half of the facade sets back above the 8th floor, with small setbacks from the west at the 9th & 10th floors. The rest of the facade at the eastern part rises up vertically from the deeper setback to the main roof line at the 11th floor.

The west facade has narrow 2-story casement windows at the front, beginning at the 5th-6th floor. Above the 8th-floor setback, the upper casement windows wrap around the corner from the front onto the forward third of the side. Behind there are two bays of much smaller windows, expanding to three bays on the lower floors.

The building contains 19 condominium units.
