10-story modernist residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Workshop/apd, it replaces a 4-story red brick church building. The facade uses horizontal planes of silvered glass to balance out the structure’s vertical and slender profile. These planes provide a clean surface for a unique decorative pattern, generating a greater sense of depth through their transparency. The overall effect is a soft pixelated skin that changes depending on the light and viewing angle. There is a setback above the 6th floor on the north elevation. The buildingh has six condominium units, all duplexes and triplexes. The penthouse has a roof deck with a pool.
