101-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 1983. Designed by James McCullar and Associates as an apartment building, it was converted to condominiums in 1989, with 83 units. It is clad in red brick, and slightly set back from the sidewalk with landscaping in front, enclosed by a low brick wall topped by fencing. On either end of the facade is a wing of recessed balconies, with six bays of double-windows in between (the middle two being larger, with lower panes replacing the air-conditioning vents seen on the outer bays). The central entrance has glass double-doors and a rounded blue canvas canopy extending out to the sidewalk. The roof has a simple parapet with stone coping, and there is a deck on the roof. The building contains 71 apartment units.
