8-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1910 as a 5-story warehouse. Designed by William H. Hallock, Jr. as a warehouse, it was largely rebuilt (with three new floors) to a design by Rand Engineering and Architecture in 2023 in a residential conversion project. It previously served as a sound stage building.

The new facade is clad in light-grey metal panels. There are four bays of double-windows with black metal frames that subtly protrude from the walls. At the ground floor the two western window bays are taller, and the eastern two are replaced by a black stone area with two metal-framed glass doors and a black metal service door. There is a black metal cornice marking a setback above the 6th floor.

The east and west elevations have no openings except for two windows are the front of the top two floors. There is also a setback at the rear facade. The building contains 21 condominium units.
