125-foot, 11-story deconstructivist/modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Della Valle Bernheimer, the facade incorporates stamped stainless steel panels. The building is roughly L-shaped, with a mosaic-like facade of clear and greenish-blue glass with stainless steel panels featuring diamond pattern fronting 10th Avenue, somewhat resembling a crossword puzzle. The inside faces of the 'L" are a shimmering sea of stainless steel, with a black-painted triangle rising up from the ground level. The south and west ends of the facade cantilever slightly over the adjacent High Line park, and have the same multi-hued mosaic glass as the east facade. The ground floor is occupied by the Yossi Milo Gallery.
