4-story mercantile building completed in 1905. The facade is clad in stone and brick painted black. The bottom two floors are occupied by a large McDonald's, with large plate glass windows, and a silver metal band across the facade, stepped up over the center of the 2nd floor. The top two floors have large horizontal windows in the center and a square window on either side. The roof parapet has textured brick with three smooth panels over the windows below.
