5-story residential and gallery building completed in 1930 as The Eagle Warehouse. The ground floor has widely-spaced pillasters separating modern translucent windows with aluminum mullions. Above, the building is clad in red brick, with piers dividing the facade into five bays of four windows each, except for the center which has thee windows. The windows have connected stone lintels, and are round-arched on the top floor. There is a brick parapet at the roof, with gardens on top. In 2003 the upper floors were converted to condominiums, with 12 units, and the ground floor now houses the Sonnabend Gallery.
