118-foot, 10-story commercial loft building completed in 1906 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by Henry Anderson, it is clad in tan stone, with a 2-story base. The ground floor is modernized, with a steel-and-glass storefront on the left, and main entrance on the right, with black stone framing a bronze-and-glass door. The 2nd floor has one large studio window, with the top corners rounded. Above are three grotesque carved faces and a stone cornice.

The upper floors each have one continuous bay of four windows topped with a cast-iron band. The top floor has a smaller triple-window set in an angled mansard roof. The ground floor is occupied by W14 Medical Arts.
