10-story modernist residential building originally completed before 1900 as a 4-story building. In 2006-08 it was rebuilt as a condominium with new floors and exterior, designed by Meridian Design Associates. The facade is clad in limestone, steel and glass. The broad expanse of windows on each story span floor to ceiling, with steel spandrels between floors, and have one tall and one short vertical divider alternating by floor from the left to right sides. The 2-story penthouse is setback from the building line. In front of the building there is a small fenced garden.
