8-story residential building originally completed around 1910 as a 5-story tenement. This original section is clad in bright red brick with white stone lintels, and has a grey rusticated stone 2-story base with short light-windows above the row of storefronts. In 1988 a 3-story addition was built on top, clad in a lighter shade of red, but with similar windows and lintels. The new roof line is capped by a simple stone coping. The building contains 49 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Strawberry Deli, CBD Kratom Cannabis Dispensary, and Juice Generation.
