7-story residential building originally completed around 1910 as a 4-story tenement. This original section is clad in bright red brick with white stone lintels, and has a grey rusticated stone ground floor with short light-windows above the row of storefronts. In 1988 a 3-story addition was built on top, clad in a lighter shade of red, but with similar windows and lintels. The new roof line is capped by a simple stone coping. The building contains 49 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Strawberry Deli, Pinkberry frozen yogurt, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
