Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron and Selldorf Architects, the façade is expressed with the use of floor to ceiling glass and midnight blue glazed terra-cotta. The terra-cotta is used in a gracefully curving form that picks up light and reveals the inky depth and particularities of the glaze. The building has 26 condominium units, with the top two floor set back from the building line.
