119-foot, 12-story postmodern residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Karl Fischer, its facade of glass, steel and precast stone rising 9 floors before sloping inward at an 85-degree angle for its last 3 stories on the side facing 19th Street. The rear of the building rises up vertically with a setback above the 8th floor, and has numerous large, rectangular balconies. On the front facade, there are three small balconies in the center of the 3rd-5th floors, at the edges of the 4th-6th floors, and a handful of similar balconies at the sloping floors. The building also includes a garage with space for 18 cars, with a garage door at both ends of the ground floor. There is a large, 2-story recessed area at the middle of the base, with most of the back all consisting of a glass-and-metal curtain wall. Centered within it is the main entrance, with a revolving door. Two round columns support the floors above. The building contains 42 condominium units.
