5-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1926. It was completely renovated with a new facade in 2008, when it was converted to condominiums. The asymmetrical facade is clad in white stone, with dark glass windows framed in black metal. The main entrance is on the right, with a column of glass blocks next to the door. The commercial entrance is on the left, with storefront windows in between.

The 2nd floor has three bays of narrow double-windows with metal railings over the bases. At the 3rd-4th floors there is a projecting center section with square curtain wall sections of metal and glass inset in them; each has a glass door opening onto a shallow Juliet balcony. There is also a small square opening to the left on the 4th floor. On the right are slightly recessed window frames wrapping the corner on the 3rd-4th floors, consisting of a tall pane at each floor, shorter panes below and above, and stacked square panes at the corner, with more facing to the east.

The penthouse is set back on the roof, with a terrace in front of it. The ground floor is occupied by LaserAway.
