6-story Italian Renaissance residential building completed in 1901. It is six bays wide, and has a banded stone first floor with richly decorated splayed lintels flanking a central entrance. The entry is framed by pilasters with ornamented brackets supporting an entablature. The door is under a shallow arch and a panel reading "LARCHMONT". The second floor is of rusticated beige brick with round-arched windows framed in stone. It is capped by a stone band course with wave motif.

The intermediate floors are of red brick with end bays trimmed with corner quoins of beige brick. The four middle bays have splayed lintels with keystones. The end bays have stone enframements with ornately carved tops. Those on the 4th floor have rounded pediments. The top floor again displays horizontal band courses and is crowned by a modest black cornice carried on closely-spaced console brackets. A wrought-iron fire escape with basket style landings runs down the center of the building.
