6-story Italian Renaissance residential building completed in 1903. Designed by George F. Pelham, it has a ground floor of rusticated stone with a handsome porch carried on columns. The upper floors are clad in yellow-tan brick, with brick quoins at the corners, and horizontal band courses of stone above the 2nd floor, and of brick at the top floor. The building is crowned by a large and elaborate sheet-metal cornice carried on widely-spaced, vertically placed console brackets. The six windows on each floor have prominent stone lintels, with scrolled cartouches above those on the 2nd floor, and triangular pediments on the 3rd floor.
