7-story residential building completed in 1907 for the Waverly Realty Co. Designed by Jardine, Kent & Jardine as an office building originally known as the Fellows Building, after the company it was built for. It has a 2-story stone base with vertical white brick piers above. The windows are square-headed except for the fifth floor, where they are arched. The seventh floor is crowned by a simple sheetmetal cornice. The spandrels between floors are decorated with terra-cotta swags. The building was converted to apartments in the late 1970s.
