6-story residential building completed in 1915. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag, its height and materials blend with the neighboring building on Sheridan Square. It has a 1-story limestone base, with upper floors clad in light-brown brick, six bays across. The 3rd through 5th floors have slightly projecting brick paneling surrounding the outer bays, and the roof line has a parapet with decorative brickwork. A white metal fire escape runs down the center.
