5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1846 as a rowhouse. It is clad is mixed-color brick that replaced the original facade in the early 1900s. There are large studio windows across the 2nd floor, and three bays of windows on the upper floors. A metal railing runs along the base of the 3rd floor, and there are two iron balconies on the 5th floor, at the outer bays. The roof is a stepped brick parapet with stone coping, above a corbelled brickwork band, with a stone shield in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Analogue restaurant/bar.
