Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, the condominium building has a 2-story stone base, above which rise two brick-clad piers framing beige-metal-framed windows and spandrels. Each floor has four joined windows, with the center two projecting forward. A stone cornice sets off the top floor, and another cornice caps the roof line.
