5-story residential building originally completed in 1858 as a 4-story rowhouse. In was altered for commercial use in 1909 with the removal of its stone facade and the reconstruction and relocation of the front to the building line. The early 20th-century commercial style facade has brick piers flanking metal-framed windows and spandrel panels at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. It was converted to condominiums around 2000.
