This property used to be Abigail's Attic as of 2005, which was a consignment store focused on children and baby clothing, toys, highchairs, strollers, etc., and after sitting vacant for several years it opened as the Bryan-College Station of Planet K in mid 2018. The smoke shop has been in trouble with the city for violating at least two dozen city permits, with the owner of the store ready to fight them all in court. (The house facing Doerge seems to be on the same land plot.)
