4-story Art-Deco mercantile building completed in about 1910. The beige brick facade has two wide bays of four simple windows each on Bowery. There is subtle paneling in the brick spandrels and a keystone centered over both bays at the top floor. At the roof line is a paneled brick parapet that is stair-stepped up to the center and slightly at the sides, capped by a stone coping. The southern elevation is a blank white wall, with two upper-story windows toward the rear. A very colorful mural covers the ground floor. The rear facade has a 1-story extension, with a black metal fire escape above. The windows have exterior metal shutters. The building is occupied by the Chef Restaurant Supply Co.
