7-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1901. Designed by Louis F. Heinicke as a store-and-loft building, it has a chamfered northwest corner. The building originally had an additional 1-story corner tower and roof cornice, which were removed sometime in the mid-late-20th century. On either side of the 1-bay chamfered corner, the facades span six bays on Bleecker Street, and eight bays on Mott. The ground floor is clad in orange brick, with rust-colored cast-iron columns and a molded terra-cotta bulkhead. It has a limestone base and horizontal bands of red brick. There is a round window at the corner bay, and the ground floor is topped by a brick and stone cornice.

The upper floors have paired windows between the banded brick piers, with terra-cotta window lintels with egg- and-dart decoration, and terra-cotta spandrels with decorative cartouches and flourishes on both facades. The windows in each bay are separated by rust-colored cast-iron pilasters.

A 1990-91 conversion was performed by Planned Parenthood of New York City, which leased the building in 1989, for use as its headquarters. This is one of the few buildings in the area that remains in commercial use.
