5-story Federal/Italianate-style mercantile building completed in 1829 as a 3-story house for Nathaniel Weed. It was raised to four floors in 1864. Later the building's basement and first story were rebuilt as two floors below a relieving arch, and it was converted to a store and factory. It is still occupied as manufacturing lofts on the upper floors, occupied by Giurdanella Construction and American Olean Ceramic Tile Center. The 3-bay wide facade is painted white, with a wrought-iron fire escape. The building is crowned by an elaborate carved wood roof cornice with brackets, circular decoration, blocks, and central triangular pediment.
