6-story office building completed in 1896. Designed by Buchman & Deisler as a store, it is clad in orange-yellow brick. The 2nd floor has one large, 4-paned studio window, with the panes separated by black cast-iron pilasters. Above a dentiled cornice, the 3rd-5th are split into two bays of double windows, with carved terra-cotta panels in the spandrels between floors, and culminating in two round-arches with terra-cotta headers. Three decorative terra-cotta circles fill the spaces around the arches. Another cornice sets off the top floor, which has four evenly-spaced square-headed windows framed in stone. A wrought-iron fire escape runs down the left half of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The exposed southern wall is clad in brown brick.
