5-story office building completed in 1867. Designed by John B. Snook as a tobacco manufacturing building for the Lorillard company, it was extends through the block to 65 Wooster Street, and has the same 6-bay facade on both streets. Above a white cast-iron ground floor, it is clad in dark red brick. The windows have dark green frames, sills with corbelled feet and metal cornices. At the roof is a projecting, bracketed metal cornice, with a small break for the fire escape that runs down the center two bays of both facades. The building was converted to offices in the mid-1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Celine boutique on Wooster, and RRL & Co. Quality Furnishing by Ralph Lauren on West Broadway.
