5-story office building completed in 1911, renovated in 2005. Designed by Louis Sheinart as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in stone and terra-cotta, with carved swag in stone spandrel panels beneath each of the three large windows on each floor. The building is crowned by an ornate bracketed roof cornice with modillions, dentils and swag in the fascia board.
