4-story mercantile building completed in 1910, renovated in 2007 - although the underlying structure may date from the 1820s. It has a black-painted cast-iron ground floor, with the upper floors clad in beige brick. There are three large windows at each upper floor, divided by black metal mullions. The brick spandrels are ornamented by paneling, and there is diamond and half-diamond shape ornament on the outer piers. The facade is topped by a black metal roof cornice with modillioned and swag in the fascia board. The ground floor and second floor are occupied by Doc Martens, and The Drawing Room salon.
