6-story brick, granite & limestone office building completed in 1893, renovated in 2004. Designed by Franklin Baylies as a warehouse, it is red brick, cast-iron and stone. The ground floor, topped by a wide, dentiled cornice, has a mixture of rough stone piers separating the facade into four sections and grey cast-iron pilasters dividing each section into three windows. Two of the center storefront windows have been bricked-in, as well as the entire eastern bay in the 2nd from the west section. Above the base, the piers are brick with horizontal stone banding at the 2nd floor, and decoratively carved capitals at the tops of the 2nd, 5th & 6th floor. The thin pilasters between the windows are painted a lighter shade of grey than on the 1st floor. A dentiled stone cornice runs across the top of the 5th floor, and the building is crowned by a modillioned metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Burberry and Diesel.
