2-story mercantile building completed in 1871. Designed by John G. Prague as a 5-story store and tenement building, the top three floors were removed in the early 1900s. The ground floor has a white cast-iron storefront, while the 2nd floor is clad in red brick with a peaked parapet and stone coping. The three 2nd-floor windows have peaked stone lintels. The ground floor is occupied by bareMinerals cosmetics.
