6-story cast-iron office building completed in 1884, renovated in 1995. Designed by Samuel A. Warner as a store, it is painted white. The Corinthian-columned loft building has stories that get progressively shorter to create an illusion of greater height. The west and east elevations are six bays wide. The north-facing wall is unadorned and has a veneer of grey-painted stucco over the brick, as it originally abutted against another building before Houston Street was widened. At the center of this wall is a cutout portion with windows that have exterior metal shutters. The building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice facing Broadway.

The rear facade on Crosby Street is clad in grey-painted brick, with white cast-iron pilasters on the ground floor. The top three floors have segmental-arched windows, and all of the windows on this side still have brackets for exterior shutters that have been removed. The ground floor is occupied by Hollister Co. on Broadway, and 24 Fitness on Crosby.
