174-foot, 12-story Renaissance-eclectic office building completed in 1897. Designed by George B. Post, who also designed the New York Stock Exchange. The Broadway facade has eight bays, with 11 on Prince Street, and six on Crosby. It has a 3-story base (with rusticated limestone piers at the western end, and rusticated brick on the rest of the facade), topped by a stone cornice, with a larger cornice above the ground floor. The mid-section is clad in buff-colored brick, rusticated on the western end. The western section also has decorative black iron spandrels and mullions between the windows.

The 9th floor is topped by a dentiled stone cornice. Above are large round-arched windows with keystones (at the western section only), separated by Ionic columns, and smaller square windows on the top floor. The building is crowned by a dentiled roof cornice, with modillions around the western section. The ground floor is occupied by Forever 21, Armani Exchange, and an Equinox gym. The building also contains the New York Film Academy's Film & Acting School.
