4/5-story office building completed in 1833 as a dwelling. It extends through the block to Mercer Street, where it has five floors. The Broadway facade is clad in white brick. A studio window replaced the two right-side windows at the 2nd floor, and a black metal fire escape runs down the left side of the facade. The only decoration consists of a dentiled roof cornice. On Mercer, the building is clad in red brick above a white and grey-painted cast-iron ground floor. The windows have black metal sills with corbelled feet and lintels with circles in their centers. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the Mercer facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by a Bank of America branch on Broadway, and Versace on Mercer.
