8-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1911. Designed by Anthony Vendrasco, it is clad in light grey brick, with a rough granite, white-painted metal and glass ground floor. The brick piers of the upper floors project slightly forward and divide the facade into three bays of three windows each, with metal mullions. Each of the window bays has a connected rough stone sill and brick lintel. There is a stone cornice across the top of the 6th floor, and a brick parapet at the roof, stepped up at the ends.
