5-story Italianate office building completed in 1871. Designed by William Jose as a store and apartment building, it is clad in red brick above a modern stone and glass storefront. The three bays of windows have white, projecting eared sills and projecting segmental-arched lintels. At the roof line is a white, bracketed and modillioned cornice with panels in the fascia board. The building’s upper floors were converted to loft space in 1945 and to office space in the late 1980s. The storefront has been occupied by the Robert Lee Morris jewelry boutique since the 1990s.
