Very modern-looking 6-story office and department store completed in 2005. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, it has a glass curtain wall of clear and translucent grey-green panes, with a gentle outward curve along Houston Street. The top floor is set back, and there is a recessed notch above the ground floor near the east end, which has a rounded corner and is clad in silver metal panels. On the far east end, facing Crosby Street, is an entrance for the loading dock and underground parking garage. At the 2nd floor, there are two square areas of black glass with the Adidas logo.
