4-story mercantile building completed in 1869. Designed by William T. Beer as a store and warehouse, spans through the block to Mercer Street. Both facades are clad in brownstone above a white cast-iron ground floor. The three bays of windows have sills with corbelled feet, and flat cornices at the 2nd & 3rd floors, with rounded cornices on the top floor. A metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by a black roof cornice with brackets, modillions and a paneled fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Brandy Melville boutique.
