Condominium project by BKSK Architects, combining a new 7-story building at 114 Hudson and a historic 5-story building at 116 Hudson. The glassy new section, with stainless-steel mullions and crossbars, was completed in 2004 filling a vacant lot that at one time was home to one of the last Federal-era houses in the area. The adjoining facade of 116 Hudson was built in 1887, designed by Havilah M. Smith & Son. The red brick upper facade is terminated by a corbelled brick cornice with the date "1887" in the frieze. The windows have sandstone sills and lintels. The ground floor of the combined building is occupied by MedSpa.
